<p>Once a spiritual service, online request, or donation has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. These services are often initiated immediately and involve time-sensitive spiritual activities.</p>

<p>All services and donations are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully review the details before proceeding with any transaction.</p>
<p><strong>3. Duplicate Payments</strong></p>
<p>In the event of a duplicate or accidental payment, users are requested to contact us within 24 hours with valid proof of the transaction. We will verify the claim and process a refund if applicable.</p>
